We believe that there are three fundamental pillars to creating high performing, thriving teams:​

The inner circles represent the blueprint for building and sustaining these pillars - for creating high trust, psychologically safe environments that allow us to bring our best to work, as individuals and collectively.

​A genuine, compassionate philosophy of life is the essential foundation for creating the connection to our authentic selves and each other that everything else can build from.

And we must Listen

To truly understand and connect with others, to be able to serve them and the collective good effectively, me must listen deeply and from a place of presence and balance. The deepest level is listening for emergence, from where new potential solutions and ideas can spring.​

Only after that must we Act

We must act with integrity, in line with our words, our values and our vision for what we want to contribute in the world. Acting with integrity and compassion requires courage and skill, all of of which can be learned and practiced.

A leadership journey for those who sense there's a better way - and are ready to be the seeds of it​

​Through workshops, reflective sessions and 1-1 coaching, you will learn about our best understanding of human performance, motivation, and meaning-making, with the chance to practice, reflect on, and embed everything you have learnt. Rooted in our experience at the highest levels of global business and elite sport - and inspired by leading thinkers in psychology, leadership, and systems change - this course offers a grounded yet transformative learning journey.

 

This is an intimate space for curious, values-driven leaders across sectors to come together to share and learn in the spirit of Compassionate Performance.

If you’ve ever felt there must be a wiser, more human way to collaborate, lead and perform - you’re not alone. This course is where that vision becomes real.

The course fee is €2,999 per person (excluding VAT).

This includes full access to all workshops, reflective sessions, and your personal 1:1 coaching session, plus the freedom to use the course materials in your own work - with appropriate credit.

 

Discounts available for groups above 10.

Workshops and reflective sessions are spaced roughly two weeks apart, giving you time to experiment, reflect, and integrate what you’re learning into real-life leadership moments.

The full journey unfolds over 2.5 to 3 months - long enough to create lasting shifts, but paced to fit alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.

Workshops​
Upgrading the mindset and skillset of your people through stand-alone workshops

These can operate as standalone workshops, to address specific developmental needs in your team or combined as a comprehensive training programme for creating a Compassionate Performance culture.

In order to get the greatest impact from workshops such as these, it is important to provide space for the participants to reflect on what they have learnt and share any experiences of trying to put that learning into action. Follow-up reflective sessions are recommended as a standard element of any workshop or training programme.

I established Compassionate Performance together with my business partner, Susanne Würtz Waltenburg. We come from two different worlds - elite sports and business management, respectively. However, when we got to know each other, we quickly realized that our approach to leadership and culture is so similar that we decided to work together to better support people and organisations in developing, growing, and succeeding in a holistic, compassionate way.

From our own experience, we know how a more compassionate performance culture can unleash the true potential of individuals and teams. And we know that everyone's mindset and behavior, as well as the culture, are crucial.

By combining our own extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring we offer to help organisations create a compassionate performance culture.
