I offer 1-1 coaching for anyone who wants to challenge, grow and develop themselves. We all have areas of our lives where we must perform, but few people get the support necessary to make the most of their potential.
In my role as a Performance Director of an Olympic sport, I had the privilege of leading hundreds of 1-1 developmental talks with national team athletes as well as top level coaches. It has become clear to me that so many of the ways we can help high performing athletes face their pressures and challenges with courage and integrity can be directly translated to other contexts with great effect.
From my own experience of transforming my mindset as an athlete, I can attest to the profound difference it makes when you learn tools and strategies for how to choose a values-led path and live up to the vision of your best self.
My approach combines performance psychology, values work, mindfulness, acceptance commitment training and the practical philosophies.
I am accredited in a ground-breaking coaching technique called Functional Imagery Training and I am also trained in using heart-rate variability (HRV) as the basis for lifestyle coaching.

WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL IMAGERY TRAINING?
Functional Imagery Training (FIT) is a unique coaching approach that uses multi-sensory mental imagery to motivate change. Based on two decades of research, FIT has been proven a highly effective technique within addiction therapy, weight loss, counselling and now high performance environments such as the military and elite sports.
FIT blends person-centred coaching with tailored, emotive imagery exercises to strengthen motivation. It builds desire and self-efficacy for behaviours that will help the individual reach their goal.
FIT goes beyond other motivational interventions by teaching clients how to elicit and practice multi-sensory imagery themselves, resulting in sustained behaviour change.
