A nine-month programme for families, walking the path together.
We are raising children into a world we can't describe to them beyond the immediate future. The jobs, the tools, the shape of an ordinary life in 5 or 10 years, nobody knows. Most education still prepares children for a world that is already past
.
So the question must become: How can we prepare our children for a future that nobody can predict?
We can help them develop their inner ground, and ready them to better face whatever may come. A young person who knows their values, who can pay attention to what matters and let go of what doesn't, who can be compassionate with themselves when they fail and with others when it's hard, who can hear their own intuition under the noise of the world — that young person can navigate anything.
There is a phrase among master trackers that goes: "I don't know where I'm going, but I know exactly how to get there." That is what we need right now. We can't hand our children a map to success in the future like we once could. But we can teach them to read the tracks
What is it?
The Inner Compass is a nine-month programme, one module per month, that teaches the inner skills no standard curriculum covers — values, self-awareness, compassion, purpose, intuition and more.
It is built for families, and structured around an idea that makes it unlike anything else: the parent and child work through the same material together. This is not a course you provide to your child and then oversee. It is a shared journey, taken at home, at your own pace, and sin community with a small cohort of other families walking the same path.
Each module includes a workbook and accompanying parent guide. There are introductions to each theme, conversation prompts, personal exercises, and activities that bring the work out into the real world.
Our children can't know where they are going. Nobody knows.
But we can teach them how to follow their true path.
The Nine Modules
Values — what actually matters to you, underneath what you've been told should
Compassion — the voice in your own head, and how to change it
Gratitude — noticing what's already here, and learning to say it
Gifts — finding what was always there in you, not choosing it
Purpose — the difference between a goal and a direction
Nature Connection — your place in something larger than yourself
The Controllables — letting go of what isn't yours to carry
Service & Community — what you have to give is also what you were given
Intuition — learning to hear the signal underneath the noise
The journey starts here
There are two ways to begin.
1. Try a free taster module. Courage and Vulnerability — a complete, standalone module you and your child can work through this week. It will give you the clearest sense of how the programme feels, and you can get started right away.
2. Register your interest in joining a cohort. This is completely non-commital, and I will contact you directly to explore whether the programme is a good fit for you and your child.
To go with either of these options, just visit The Inner Compass website where everything sits.
